Yoga Flow in South Paris

Hatha Yoga Flow + Yin every monday at the DMCC in South Paris. Join Emilie for a gentle yoga flow (all levels welcome), where we move body with breath through a warming sequence, and then slowing the practice down, lingering in deep low stress to the body opening yin poses. A perfect balance for body, mind, and soul.

Monthly unlimited memberships available OR drop in sliding scale $15-$25

Please bring your own yoga mat + water

Class is held Mondays at 430pm at DMCC in South Paris, next to the library
