Through meditation, mindful movement, and guided inquiry, we’ll explore:

• The symbolic and personal meaning of darkness and light
• How to align with natural and emotional cycles
• Practices for cultivating clarity, release, and inner healing

This intimate workshop offers a safe space to turn inward, shed what no longer serves, and awaken the spark of your inner light as we move toward renewal.

You’ll experience:

• Guided meditation using essential oils and shamanic drum
• Reflective discussion and sacred circle sharing
• Simple rituals to honour transition and rebirth
• Tools to carry the light forward into your daily life
