Flags Over Texas (Morning)

Celebrate Texas Independence Day!

Join the Sam Bell Maxey House for Flags Over Texas, a fun, hands-on program designed especially for kids. Explore the stories behind the many flags that have flown over Texas—from early explorers to the Lone Star State we know today.

After discovering Texas history, children will design and create their very own flags to take home.
