If your organization requires a Purchase Order (PO) or invoice in order to register employees for the 2026 SHRM Virgin Islands HR & Business Conference, we’ve made the process simple and seamless.

To begin:

1. Complete the to request an invoice.
2. Once received, we will generate and email an invoice that can be submitted for internal processing.
3. When payment is made by check, ACH, or another approved method, we will manually confirm and mark your registration as paid.

Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to .

• Cancellations received on or before July 3, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations received after July 3, 2026 are non-refundable.
• No-shows or attendees who do not cancel in writing by the stated deadline will be held responsible for the full registration fee.
