Join us at the Pardeeville Senior Center for Mind Over Matter! Mind Over Matter, Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder is a workshop that helps women 60+ build skills and confidence to adopt exercises and make diet changes to improve bladder and/or bowel symptoms.
