She will be performing jazz standards and contemporary jazz tunes while playing keys. Jessie brings a polished, soulful performance style and is a fantastic addition to the Summer Jazz line-up. 2:00 PM – Brasso Kapiti-based large brass ensemble featuring arrangements of the classics by David Langley. “David is an experienced arranger, infusing charts with a jazz/Latin twist, written for instrumentals or vocals with trumpets, saxophones, and a rhythm section,” said event organiser Chris Craddock. 3:00 PM – Duncan Haynes Quartet Internationally renowned pianist Duncan Haynes leads his exceptional quartet, bringing world-class jazz to Raumati. “Again, we have another group made up of professional musicians for the line-up. These cats spend their time in studio work — mostly retired from the touring scene — and have really honed their craft. We are very pleased to have secured them for our event.” Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to experience the magic of live jazz in a relaxed outdoor setting.
