Join Kellie for a one hour nourishing sound bath on Sunday 12th April, 2.30 pm - 3.30 pm at the Lotus Yoga Centre in Paraparaumu.

Kellie is a certified sound practitioner who trained under Ram Davies, from New Plymouth's Sanctuary Hill.

Kellie's group sound work is of deep joy to her. It is her intention to create an experience that allows participants to access clarity amidst the calming sounds she will offer into the space.

She lovingly works to ground the energies of the room with the harmonising frequencies of various sound tools and musical instruments, including her voice. Her instrument line up includes her therapeutic drone harp, crystal and alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and others, including those inspired by the soothing sounds of nature.

This session will be gentle, light and soothing. We are in between seasonal changes, and there is a lot happening in the world. Sound baths are an incredible way to offer up space in the mind, which enables the body to unwind and relax, without the need to do anything except turn up.
