On Saturday 20 June, we're coming together for a special 90-minute practice woven from gentle somatic movement, vinyasa and yin, held within breathwork designed to help you slow down, drop in and move with intention.

This is your invitation to:
- Identify what you're ready to release from the past six months
- Welcome what you want to call in as the days begin to lengthen
- Move, breathe and pause — together

This is a donation class. All proceeds go directly to Women's Refuge. Minimum $20 donation — give what you can.
No experience needed. All bodies, all levels — you are so welcome here.
