Join us for our first official practice swim as we prepare for the 2026 Tickle Swim for Mental Health!

These practice swims are intended for registered Tickle Swim participants and experienced open-water swimmers preparing for the 5 km crossing. It's a great opportunity to get comfortable in the water, connect with fellow participants, ask questions, and build confidence ahead of event day.

After the swim, we'll head over to Banished Brewery for a casual meet & greet. Come chat with fellow swimmers and the Tickle Swim organizing team over a drink or a bite to eat.

What to Bring

✔️ Swimsuit

✔️ Bright swim cap (if you have one)
✔️ Wetsuit (recommended)
✔️ Towel
✔️ Warm clothes for afterwards
✔️ Water and a light snack

A Few Tips

? These practice swims are designed for swimmers who are already comfortable swimming in open water.
? Arrive a few minutes early so you're ready to get in the water at 6:00 PM.
? Take the opportunity to get to know your fellow swimmers - you'll be sharing an unforgettable experience on August 22!
