🚨🔥 Announcing the First Inaugural Battle of the Badges! 🔥🚓
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Ridge tradition — the Battle of the Badges, happening Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. right here at Grocery Outlet! 🎉
This friendly showdown will feature our very own Paradise Police Department vs. Paradise Fire Department in a 5-minute grocery shopping challenge. Each team will fill one cart with groceries, and the team with the greatest total savings will take home the Battle of the Badges trophy — and bragging rights for the year! 💪🏆
But this event is about more than competition — it’s about giving back.
We’ll be donating 100% of the total savings from the challenge, plus all sponsorship funds, to help purchase Thanksgiving side dishes for Ridge families in need. These will be distributed — along with turkeys — by Moms of the Ridge 🦃❤️
🎥 U.T.B. Studios will be filming the event, capturing every moment of teamwork, laughter, and community spirit!
We’re currently seeking 2–4 local business sponsors to help increase the total amount raised. Sponsors will be recognized in event promotions, media coverage, and the official U.T.B. Studios event video.
