Faith in Action Ministry
Two Sessions - Dec. 1 and Dec. 8, 2025
“Let us begin again, for until now we have done nothing.” [1]
For two Monday evenings in early Advent, take time to pause from the “holiday hustle and bustle” and absorb the beauty of the Advent journey.
For insight and encouragement, as we begin (again) our journey to Christmas, we will use readings from the "Daily Reflections for Advent and Christmas, "Waiting in Joyful Hope 2025-2026" pocket booklet, published by Liturgical Press. Our time together will include contemplative prayer, reading scripture and conversation. Throughout the season of Advent, we explore the mystery of the Incarnation, Jesus letting go of divine splendor to embrace a human existence. And we “wait in joyful hope” as we allow Advent to surprise us.
