- **Event Description**: Our last art workshop in April was such a success. ? It felt like reconnecting with a part of Treehouse's story that has always been close to our hearts. From 2016 to 2019, art was deeply integrated into our mindfulness and meditation offerings—and we think it's time to bring that back. ?

This June, we are officially launching the ? ??: ???????, ???, ??? ??????????? series— a monthly gathering where art becomes more than a creative activity. We intend these sessions to become a pathway to insight: a space where we explore essential life skills, timeless philosophical teachings, and spiritual concepts through creativity, curiosity, and mindful attention. ?

For this session, we'll explore The Philosophy Behind Junk Journaling. Together, we'll look at how collecting, layering, tearing, arranging, and creating can become a practice of presence. We'll reflect on ideas such as letting go of perfection, trusting the process, finding beauty in the ordinary, and allowing meaning to emerge naturally rather than forcing it. ✨️ 

No artistic experience is necessary. Whether you're an experienced journaler, a curious beginner, or someone looking for a slower and more mindful way to spend a Sunday, you're welcome to join us for a crafty [extended] lunch.
