Join Alexis for a restorative session to gently welcome a new phase in your life by calming the nervous system. You’ll move through an all-levels yoga flow, breathwork, meditation, and learn mindfulness techniques to regulate the nervous system.
The session will close with a 30-minute sound bath featuring
quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and healing instruments.

- Guided Relaxation:
Expect to be guided through relaxation exercises and guided meditations, fostering inner calmness, focus, and stress reduction.
- Yoga:
Engage in a gentle yoga flow for ALL levels and movements carefully curated to enhance flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
- Breathing Practices:
Practice breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system, find calmness, and cultivate present-moment awareness.
- Mindfulness Practices:
Practices which promote present-moment awareness, sensory exploration, and non-judgmental observation of thoughts and emotions.
- Sound Therapy:
Sound bath using a combination of crystal quartz singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sound therapy tools.
- Integration:
Closing integration with gentle grounding techniques for lasting benefits.
