Join us for a supportive and practical workshop focused on pelvic floor health- combining clear education with mindful movement.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the base of the pelvis that supports the internal organs from below. Learning how it works can improve the way you move, breathe, and feel in your body- both in daily life and in your practice.
This workshop is suitable for every body, and especially recommended if you:

🪷Have given birth (no matter how many years ago) and want to reconnect and strengthen
