It’s a 2 hour workshop where you will learn about somatic work, the importance of mind-body connection, and how to master your emotions.

It’s a dedicated time for yourself to calm the mind, slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore emotional healing within a small, intimate group. You’ll have the chance to ask your questions, engage in practical exercises, and walk away with powerful insights and somatic tools that you can bring into your daily rhythm.

This isn’t just another theoretical workshop. It’s an embodied experience where you’ll learn to create inner safety, meet your emotions with compassion, and feel more grounded in your everyday life.
