You’ll have the chance to ask your questions, engage in practical exercises, and walk away with powerful insights and somatic tools that you can bring into your daily rhythm.

It's not just a theoretical workshop. It’s an embodied experience where you’ll learn to create inner safety, meet your emotions with compassion, and feel more grounded in your everyday life.
