? Humans owned by greyhounds, and humans considering adopting one, are invited to join us for our July Auckland Greyhound Community Walk!

Our community walks are a wonderful opportunity for houndys to enjoy enrichment and socialisation, a welcome dopamine boost for us humans during the greyest time of the year, and a chance for prospective adopters and foster carers to meet a variety of greyhounds and their people in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

? Whether you're hoping to adopt one day, considering fostering, or simply curious about the breed, we'd love to have you along. There's no better way to experience the "greyhound effect" than spending a morning surrounded by happy houndys and the people who adore them.

? All greyhounds are welcome, no matter where they were adopted from. As always, all dogs must remain on lead throughout the walk.

? Well-behaved non-houndy sibling dogs are also welcome, although please note that some of our houndys are still figuring out what other dogs are and may have a few opinions to share about them.

☕ After the walk, you're welcome to stick around for some extra community time and a hot drink at the Gardens Café.
