Getting the best from your Container Garden

This workshop will set you up to get the best from your container or planter gardens through spring and summer.

What you’ll learn:

· The best types of planters to use

· Hacks to make your own cheap but effective planters

· Choosing the right potting mix and composts for your planters

· Plant food: make your own or buy. What’s the best way to feed your plants in planters?

· Controlling pests: organic and non-organic methods

· What goes wrong! Bring your experiences so our expert can troubleshoot with you

· What plants to grow to get the best return. This covers vegetables, fruit trees, and ornamentals all grown in planters.

No need to bring anything, just come along with curiosity and questions, and our expert will be able to help you get the best out of your container garden.
