Ecstatic Paonia Rhythm Sanctuary weekly dance

Ecstatic Paonia Rhythm Sanctuary is happy to announce we are now holding weekly dances every Saturday at 6pm!

This week on the 21st we are holding a special dance at the Hearth with PosItivID playing tunes for our dance journey as the blue sage is occupied this week, yet we’ll be back there in the Curtis Dance Hall on the 28th!

Come dance in the New Year of the Fire Horse energy as we gallop into wholeness and embodiment together in this all ages, substance free dance where all are welcome in safe space and we have freedom to access authentic movement directed by our personal inner compass while we drop speech and allow our body language as a means of expression for healing and actualization.

Please bring a water bottle and come in clothes you can move in.

Ecstatic Paonia us seeking more volunteers for roles in set up and breakdown, advertising and sponsorship in exchange for free admission to these regularly scheduled community dances.
