Chilled Melon, Cucumber and Coconut Soup, Mint Creme Fraiche

Blackened Shrimp, Griddle Corn Cake, Caramelized Onion and Asparagus, Toasted Almonds, Orange Citronette

Salad:

Arugula-Mixed Field Greens, Red Wine Macerated Strawberries, Pickled Shallot, Candied Pepitas, Goats Cheese, Tarragon Vinaigrette
