Après plus de 300 concerts le groupe TRANS KABAR  prend un nouveau souffle pour venir souffler la braise des kabars réunionnais électrisés en accueillant David Doris au chant et au kayamb, une voix roots venu directement des kabars réunionnais, Clémence Gaudin à la contrebasse. Stéphane Hoareau est toujours à la direction et la guitare et Ianik Tallet à la batterie. 
TRANS KABAR s’inspire du Servis Kabaré, cérémonie festive issue des rituels des esclaves faîte pour communier avec les ancêtres par la musique, les chants et les danses. Souvent rejeté, interdit, presque oublié, ce rite a survécu dans la clandestinité. TRANS KABAR le remet au goût du jour. Spontanés et hyper-créatifs, les quatre artistes laissent une large place à l'improvisation. Des rythmiques rock maloya sculptées qui plongent dans les complaintes d'un blues insulaire.
