Whispers from Within is a heart-opening immersive Sound Journey that invites you to soften, listen, and reconnect with your inner voice, the one that’s been patiently waiting beneath the noise and sometimes chaos of the world.
After years of navigating loss, change, and healing… I’m finally trusting my inner voice, and I’m honored to hold this sacred experience with you.
Held with compassion, this offering is personal. It marks my first Sound Journey in my new hometown, and the beginning of something beautiful as I embrace this new chapter of life.

What to Expect:
A heart-centered space…
Breath and guided presence to anchor you inward…
A sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred frequencies…
And the gentle magic of simply holding space.
No experience needed. Come exactly as you are, with an open heart
Energy Exchange: Introductory Community Price: $22 ($11 savings)
What to Bring:
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or cushion for comfort while lying down
Comfortable clothing that allows your body to fully relax
Optional eye mask or scarf to soften your senses
If you’re unable to lie on the floor, please bring a comfortable chair or anything you need to feel at ease. (Their are chairs located at venue)
A journal or small notebook (optional) for reflections afterward
Held on Friday, August 1st from 7:00pm– 8:30pm
