The Traditional Usui Reiki Level I & II Certifications Class offers an in-depth exploration of the Usui Reiki system, designed for individuals seeking to enhance their healing abilities and spiritual growth. This class is suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Level I is free as a refresher class to those who have taken Level I with Ms. Susan.
Course Content

Level I: Foundations of Reiki
Introduction to Reiki and its history
Understanding energy and chakras
Basic hand positions for self-healing and others
Practice of giving and receiving Reiki
30 November 9AM-2PM
Level II: Advanced Techniques
Understanding and using Reiki symbols
Distance healing techniques
Emotional and mental healing methods
Practice sessions to build confidence and skill
Reiki level I Certificate Required
Class Format
The class will be delivered through a combination of lectures, guided meditations, hands-on practice, and group discussions. Participants will receive both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
Certification
Upon successful completion of both levels, participants will receive a certification in Traditional Usui Reiki Level I & II, recognizing their skills and knowledge in Reiki healing.
Prerequisites
No prior experience in Reiki is required for Level I. However, completion certificate of Level I is necessary to enroll in Level II.
