Get ready because the Positivity Summit is officially BACK! 💫
Our first Symposium in 2023 completely sold out with over 200 incredible people showing up to celebrate kindness, community, and mental health. Together, we raised money for SPARE (Suicide Prevention Awareness Response and Education), a local nonprofit focused on suicide prevention. We laughed, we cried, we poured into ourselves and I knew this couldn’t be a one-time thing.
So, we’re doing it again for 2025 and giving you a full day of positivity this year!
Join us on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM at FSU Panama City for a full day all about lifting each other up, building community, and reminding the world that it’s Cool To Be Kind!

The Summit falls just one week before Thanksgiving. A time when we’re all focused on giving to others. But for this one day, I want you to focus on YOU — your mindset, your heart, your energy. Because you can’t pour from an empty cup, and you deserve to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
