Resting comfortably, you'll be led into a state of profound relaxation where intention intertwines with awareness.

Following Yoga Nidra, you'll be immersed in a soothing sound bath of healing vibrations - allowing crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones to integrate your intention, calm the nervous system, and gently align body, mind, and spirit.

No experience is necessary for this event.  Come as you are, leave renewed, grounded, and attuned to the unfolding year ahead.
