He received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from the University of Florida in 2024. He is currently pursuing a Master in Sacred Music at UF. In 2025, Stone conducted biographical research on UF’s first organist, Claude Murphree, and UF President Albert Murphree for the UF Pipe Organ Centennial Celebration, giving several lectures on these topics throughout the year. He unveiled the Dedicatory Plaque for the Dr. Andrew Anderson Memorial Organ on November 14th, 2025, as part of the Shawn Thomas Alumni Recital.
