We'll close with a deeply restful Savasana (relaxation) Sound Bath with Kim, featuring soothing tones of crystal singing bowls to help you fully unwind and absorb the practice - set against the inspiring backdrop of the Main Gallery at the Center for the Arts (located directly across the street from our studio in Historic Downtown Panama City). 

Whether you come for the movement, the music, or the magic of it all, you'll leave feeling uplifted and grounded.
