Family members are warmly welcome to attend alongside you - this is a chance to move, breathe, and unwind together in a supportive space. 

This beginner friendly class will be led by instructor Amy Darby and is suitable for all levels. The focus will be on breath work, mindfulness and gentle movement to relax and restore the mind and body. 

This class is FREE, but advanced registration is requested to reserve your spot and help us plan accordingly. 

Amy is a 200 E-RYT and is certified in therapeutic and trauma informed yoga. 

Mats/props are available for your use in the studio if needed.
