This immersive experience weaves together Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation often called "yogic sleep" - with a soothing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and invite you into a state of effortless awareness.  As the body rests, the mind softens, creating space to release what feels heavy and gently reconnect with your inner clarity. 

Guided by the energy of the solstice, this session offers a moment to pause at midyear: to honor where you've been, realign with what matters, and set intentions for the season ahead.  Layers of sound - crystal bowls, chimes, and subtle vibrations - will support your journey inward, helping you drift between wakefulness and sleep while anchored in a sense of safety and ease.

No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be held in stillness, sound, and light.
