Family members are warmly welcome to attend alongside you - this is a chance to move, breathe, and unwind together in a supportive space. 

This beginner-friendly class will be led by instructor Amy Throndsen and is open for ALL levels. Together, you'll explore breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help relax and restore both body and mind.

This class is FREE, but advanced registration is requested to reserve your spot and help us plan accordingly. 

Mats/props are available for your use in the studio if needed.
