- **Event Description**: Get your blood flowing with a creative 75 minute movement class!  Stretch warmup followed by techniques from Theatre Training such as Gabrielle Roth, Viewpoints, Suzuki, and more.  Learn to move as an ensemble, and tell story through movement improvisation.  This is a class that will get your endorphins flowing but leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and creatively inspired.  Dress to move comfortably. 

About the instructor:
Vincent Pelligrino is an actor, director and theatre educator, currently serving as Professor of Theatre at Gulf Coast State College.  He has been on stages across the country including Meadowbrook Theatre, Manhattan Repertory Theatre, Broward Stage Door Theatre, Barnstormers Theatre, various theme parks including King's Dominion, Worlds of Fun and Walt Disney World, as well as Carnival Cruise Line.  Locally, he works with Emerald Coast Theatre Company and Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show, and you may have seen him on a few local commercials. He graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from West Virginia University, where his love of movement training and yoga began.  To further his work in the theatre classroom at GCSC and fuel his passion to dive deeper into yoga, Vincent is fundraising for his 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Costa Rica during the summer of 2026.
