In this class it is NOT about the yoga lol, we will be doing the yoga but the gold in the class is in savasana so if you just want to meditate for the class you can as well but in savasana you will be so connected to the beach being in the the physical presence of your colors ready to illuminate for you to observe and at the end I break down what they all mean and what energy you are leading with for the day!! 

This is at Beach Access 47 and extra parking is available next to my home at 625 dogwood st pcb fl 32407
