Winter Solstice Yin Community Class

Free Community Class! Join Maura as she guides you through a Winter Solstice yin practice centered on Chakras.

Yin Yoga is a slower paced and more meditative style of yoga. All postures are grounded and are held for longer periods of time to gently target connective tissues to promote mobility & flexibility. BYO mat. Other props provided. Pre-registration required to reserve your free space.
