Since its inception in 2014, the Raider Run has become a cherished tradition, bringing together community members, families, and friends to raise funds for the St. Alexander School Technology Department. To date, this event has raised over $321,000, enabling St. Al's to maintain its position on the cutting edge of technology in education.

This year, all proceeds from the Raider Run will be dedicated to updating our Applied Tech/Robotics Lab with new furnishings and workstations to enhance the learning environment. The impact of previous years' fundraising efforts is tangible, with recent acquisitions the school has purchased new iPads, new Chromebooks, and Lego Robotics Expansion Kits benefiting students across all grade levels.

"Our commitment to providing our students with the best possible tools and resources for their educational journey is unwavering," said Mrs. O'Toole, Principal of St. Alexander School. "The Raider Run not only promotes a healthy lifestyle but also directly contributes to the advancement of our technology initiatives, ensuring that our students are well-prepared for success in high school, college, and beyond."

The Raider Run 5K will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. The event will be held at St. Alexander School, located at 7025 West 126th Street in Palos Heights, IL.
