Over four weeks, participants will learn fundamental movements, positional control, basic escapes, and introductory submissions that form the foundation of BJJ. Each class includes guided instruction, partner drills, and controlled practice to help students build confidence, coordination, and real-world self-defense awareness.For weeks 1 & 2 students should wear comfortable athletic clothing (no zippers or pockets) and be prepared for close-contact training.
