Margo LeDuc guides the room through a set of communal chants, where the vibrations of voice and sound work together to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and settle you into a real sense of peace and balance. The songs are balanced with short moments of meditation.

The outside world falls away, and for 30 minutes you just bathe in the healing power of collective sound. The kind of reset that only sound can give you.
