This project will be a two-year effort that links community science, public policy, and civic action to foster biodiversity in urban landscapes. Participants will join community scientists across California, recording observations of native wildlife interacting with native plants to provide much-needed data on the relationship between these organisms in urban areas.

In this workshop, you will learn more about the BUG initiative, ways to get involved, and how to use iNaturalist to contribute observations to the project.
