He was the Project Sentinel Director of Dispute Resolution Programs for twelve of those years. During those years, he administered dispute resolution programs and day-of-court unlawful detainer mediation programs in the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Since retiring from Project Sentinel, he has continued to work as a mediator and facilitator, both professionally and on a volunteer basis in a variety of subject areas. He also serves as an arbitrator and hearing officer for a number of local government rent control programs. Throughout his career, he has designed and presented training workshops covering conflict management, dispute resolution and communication skills.Roy has mediated in the community and courts for over 30 years.
