- **Event Description**: As we grapple with the changing nature of education and the role institutions can play to develop future problem-solvers and innovators, the University of Cincinnati is betting big on the importance of foresight skills for their undergraduate students. Its NEXT Innovation Scholars (NIS) program is a selective trans-disciplinary program for forward-thinking students who are taught tools and knowledge to solve the complex, ambiguous problems of the future. 

Join us on Tuesday, February 24 at 9am Pacific Time when the program’s Founding Director, Aaron Bradley, presents his journey of designing and building one of the nation's only undergraduate foresight labs from the ground up, and how he and his team develop and activate students’ foresight abilities. We’ll also hear directly from a current NIS undergraduate and student research leader Rosheeta Shah, about her experience in the program and the process of learning to think like a futurist. If you are building foresight capability within an organization, experimenting with foresight for innovation or design, or looking for insight into what makes a good futurist, you won’t want to miss this chance to learn from—and speak with—Aaron and Rosheeta!
