Join us for 4 mini-retreats for community members led by three
experienced health practitioners. These weekly 2-hour sessions will empower participants to begin or deepen their journey toward well-being.
Our goal is to provide a space for individuals to reconnect with their health, build sustainable habits, and leave equipped with practical tools to carry forward.
Mini-Retreat Components
Exercise Sessions: Guided movement sessions suitable for all fitness levels. Focus on mobility, form, and strength.
Mindfulness Meditation: Instruction, guidance, and discussion with focus on creating sustainable practice.
Nutrition and Food Preparation: Education, cooking demos and preparation.
Mental Health and Mindfulness: Lecture, discussion, and individual exercises on emotional health and self-awareness.
