Step into 2026 feeling balanced, connected, and renewed with this immersive 4-week Chakra Journey.
This program guides you through the seven energy centres of the body — from grounding your roots to awakening your crown — using yoga, meditation, affirmations, breathwork, journaling and creative expression through art therapy.

Each week focuses on specific chakras through gentle vinyasa and yin-inspired yoga, reflective journaling, sound and colour exploration and mindfulness practices designed to release blockages, restore flow and harmonise your mind, body and spirit.

You’ll experience deep connection, awareness and transformation — cleansing old energy and aligning yourself with calm, clarity and purpose for 2026 year ahead.

With over 3 decades of experience in teaching, Jacqueline creates safe, soulful spaces for students to reconnect, release and rise. Her teaching blends mindful movement, self-reflection and creative expression for true transformation.
