This is a community effort in partnership with multiple organizations to help raise awareness for the important native creatures and ecosystems that Georgia depends on. Proceeds from this event help Bear Creek Nature Center to continue its nonprofit mission to spread the joy of nature and the outdoor world through our environmental education and conservation.
Admission includes access to all talks, activities, and trail & canoe access. Additional funds may be used to purchase gift shop or vendor items including the native plant sale. All of our vendors are local community members who help raise awareness about nature and our mission. Food will be sold separately through the visiting food truck. (You are also welcome to bring a sack lunch or picnic for the day). Follow us @bearcreekatl or visit our website to get updates about special workshops and partners joining us.
