Join us for a fun and hands-on morning at Serenbe Farms as we dive into the world of mushroom cultivation!

In this one in a half to two-hour class, you’ll learn the art and science of growing your own shiitake mushrooms by inoculating a log to take home.

Enjoy a light, relaxed atmosphere—complete with mimosas—as we walk through each step of the process, from selecting the right wood to proper care and fruiting techniques. You’ll leave with your own inoculated log, the confidence to grow delicious mushrooms at home, and maybe a new appreciation for fungi and fermentation alike!

Participants need to be prepared for seasonal weather elements. (This workshop is non-refundable.)
