Karen will share general insights about the process of purchasing a newly built home and what buyers can expect when considering new construction. Over the course of her career she has worked with several builders and brings a broad perspective on the new home market. This educational event is open to all buyers and is not limited to those considering a DR Horton home or new construction. The information shared will be helpful for anyone exploring homeownership options, including resale homes and other builders.
