Slow down, breathe, and allow your body to recalibrate in this 75-minute small-group Biofield Therapy session designed to restore balance and calm. 

Using Reiki—the most widely studied form of biofield therapy—participants are guided through gentle energy work shown in clinical studies to reduce stress and anxiety, lower heart rate, and promote deeper rest.

This session is facilitated by Alex Bravo and Rod Bravo, Reiki Masters, founders of Bravo Conscious Health, and researchers at Raphi Health, advancing integrative science on biofield therapies.

Alex, a 7th-generation Reiki Master and Harvard-trained behavioral economics researcher (MLA), and Rod, an MD candidate (Harvard BA, Yale MPH) currently in clinical rotations, bring together the rigor of medical and research perspectives with the compassion of lived healing practice.

Experience how the science of energy, and the art of presence, can work together to help the body remember its innate ability to heal.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

A warm blanket
A fresh organic lavender essential oil-infused eye mask
An extra-cushiony yoga mat

FYI:
We’ve added windows to the loft to offer some protection from the elements. However, since it’s still technically open-air, we recommend checking the weather and dressing accordingly for the season—whether it’s layering up for cooler days or staying light and breezy in warmer weather. Depending on weather and other personal needs, you are welcome to bring anything else that will improve your comfort during the session, such as:

An extra yoga mat for more cushioning
An extra blanket to cover yourself
A pillow & personal eye mask, water

*IMPORTANT: Please be sure to arrive at 1:45 PM or at least 10 minutes early to find your seat, use the restroom, and even visit the horses before we begin promptly at 2:00 PM*. 

To honor the peaceful space we’re creating together, doors will close promptly at the start time to avoid disrupting the session.
