Care Matters workshop- A day shaped by you

Caring for someone with a disability can be rewarding, challenging, and sometimes lonely.

This workshop is your space to connect, share, and learn, with the day shaped around what matters most to you. The Care Matters team will explore the topics chosen by those in the workshop, if there is anything you're struggling with, wanting to know more about, or just more general information. We can chat about it together.

These workshops are led by people with lived experience, so the advice is practical, relatable, and grounded in real-world knowledge. Plus, you'll connect with others who truly understand the journey.
