The 3 Steps for Life:
⭐ Call 111 – Know how to contact emergency services quickly and clearly.
⭐  Start CPR – Learn how to perform CPR to keep blood flowing to vital organs.
⭐  Use an AED – Understand how to use a defibrillator to help restart the heart.

Together, we can build a safer, more inclusive community—one life-saving step at a time.
All abilities welcome. Support people encouraged to attend.
