Brisket & Brews

Join PAC on our first foray into the culinary arts! On December 7th at 3:00 we will be teaming up with Matanuska Brewery and Dustin of Patriot BBQ to offer a class on the technique and art of cooking brisket. Adult participants aged 18 and older will be able to follow along with the process as well as sample the delicious product. We are hopeful that culinary classes for adults will become a regular event offering.

This class is limited to 30 participants. The class fee is $35 general admission and $30 for PAC members. You can register to reserve your space here: https://www.palmerarts.org
