This is our "Duel of the Plates" themed dinner and One of TWO final full tapping of the 2025 barreled beers. With ONLY 35 tickets Available, this event Will sell out. We couldn't be more delighted to pair them with the immense skill our chefs have shown.

As a Bonus to this incredible dinner opportunity, You'll have the chance to purchase any 2025 bottle, as well as the last few boxes of 2022/2023/2024 bottles, at 20% discount.

Schedule and Menu:

5:00 - 5:30 - Check in, find seats, and Aperitif.
5:30 - 9:00 - 6 course "Duel of the Plates" Dinner and Plenty of Beer!

- First course is an Emerald prawn and spinach soup with tofu vs. a spiced honeydew gazpacho with goat cheese. Paired w/ "Fatty Lumpkin", an Imperial American Stout was aged in a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel - 8.5%

- Second course is a Brown butter roasted peach, golden beet and burrata salad vs. golden beet and heirloom tomato Caesar. Paired w/ "Friar Squatch", a Belgium Strong Ale aged for 6 months in a Wild Turkey barrel - 10%

- Third course is a Chili halibut ceviche with pickled vegetables vs. seared scallop and creamy citrus chili sauce. Paired w/ "Persephone", a Melomel Mead w/ Peaches and poly-floral honey, aged in an Alaskan wheat whiskey barrel from Anchorage Distillery - 11.4%

- Fourth course is a Mango tajin granita and tabasco pearls vs. white chocolate semifreddo with mango chutney. Paired w/ "The Ambassador: Parliament of Funk", a Strawberry-Rhubarb Lambic aged for 12 months in BHB's Oldest Sour Hungarian Oak Barrel, lovingly known as "The Garbage Can" - 7.5%

- Fifth course is a Seared black cod fillet with mole rojo, roasted turnips and squash vs. Poached black cod fillet with chili verde and roasted parsnips. Paired w/ "Fo’ Paws", an Imperial Schwarzbier was aged in an Ezra Brooks bourbon barrel - 9%

- Sixth course is a Pistachio cream filled eclair vs. honeyed baklava. Paired with "Velvet Elvis: Hound Dog", an Imperial stout Chocolate Coconut Stout aged for 5 months in a Caribou Crossing Canadian whiskey barrel - 10%
