- **Event Description**: Starting in the mid-1980s until his passing in 2021, Jim Haynes hosted dinner parties at his Paris atelier almost every Sunday evening. 
Well over one hundred thousand people accepted his invitations and broke bread with strangers who, simply by word-of-mouth, had learned of Jim's belief that we should all know one another.  
We first attended one of Jim's unforgettable dinner gatherings in 2014 and we decided to continue Jim's tradition after he passed, hosting open-invitation dinners monthly at our cottage outside Boston starting in 2022.   
Now that we are routinely wintering in Mallorca, we are announcing our first Jim Haynes Dinner here in Palma. Holding the party at our apartment near Placa del Progres, attendance will necessarily be limited to the first thirty to have confirmed reservations. Chef Ross Hutchinson will prepare the dinner, planning for vegetarians as well as omnivores. Wine, beer and sparkling water will be provided as well.  30EU / person
