Join us for a Sound Bath Journey with Mike D.

Experience 38-in Chao Gong, Tinshas, Crystal Singing Bowls, 22 inch Paiste Gong, chimes and more.

This is a 60 minute meditation of sound and vibration to relax and refresh your body, mind, and and spirit.

We have chairs and rugs but you may want to bring a yoga mat and pillow to lie down.
